Proofing is essential. One of the goals at 3 a.m. Design Studio is to make certain that our clients are completely aware of how their finished project will look. This avoids any unpleasant surprises when the final product arrives.
For all projects we proof online through this website. Proofing this way, instead of e-mailing proofs or shipping hardcopy, saves both time and money while also reducing the chance of technical problems. E-mail is not always reliable, and it's not uncommon for file sizes to become too large to be sent through standard e-mail, postage adds up quickly. Our proofing system also allows the client to view proofs regardless of where they happen to be. All that's needed is a computer or handheld device with an internet connection.
For privacy, all clients are required to login using their provided Client ID. Each Client ID is unique to each job in progress.
All proofs, unless otherwise requested, are posted in PDF format. If you are having trouble viewing a proof, please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download located from Adobe. If you're still having problems retrieving your proofs, don't hesitate to give us a call.
No project will be sent to a service provider or posted online to the public until a final proof is signed by an authorizing agent of the client. Please see my Proofing Policy page.
If you must have a hardcopy proof for your project, one can be provided to you for an additional fee. Please note that providing hardcopy proofs may delay the timetable for your project.
